Policy JJIB- Interscholastic Sports
The high school athletic program shall be governed by the constitution, by-laws and standing rules of the Denver Public High Schools Athletic League, which includes boys' and girls' interscholastic athletic programs, and such revisions as may be made by the athletic board of control.
Changes in the constitution and by-laws shall be ratified by the Board of Education. Following the annual meeting of the Denver Public Schools Athletic Board of Control, any changes in standing rules shall be presented to the Board for ratification.
The constitution, by-laws and standing rules shall be in accord with Board policies.
